Tracking & Updating LOA Status
Each LOA moves through a lifecycle of statuses. You can track and update these from the LOA detail page.
Status Lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submitted | LOA has been sent to the provider |
| Provider Replied | The provider has responded |
| Completed | The requested information has been received |
| Analysed | An analysis has been created from the received documents |
| Rejected | The provider declined the request |
Auto-Chasing
When enabled, 4admin automatically sends follow-up emails to providers who haven't responded. Auto-chasing runs weekly for up to 4 weeks and can be toggled on or off per LOA.
