LOA Submissions let you send Letters of Authority to providers, track their responses, and turn the information you receive into policy analyses — all from within 4admin.

Availability

LOA Submissions are currently available to select firms only. If you'd like your firm to be onboarded, click Email Support in the top left of this screen to get in touch.

The LOA Workflow

The typical LOA workflow looks like this:

1. Submit — Upload your LOA document, and 4admin sends it to the provider via email
2. Track — Monitor the status of your submission and any provider replies
3. Receive — Provider replies are automatically matched to your LOA record
4. Analyse — Turn the received documents into a full policy analysis
