CRM Integrations
Push the information 4admin has extracted from a policy straight into your CRM: plan details, valuation, fund holdings, contributions, and the source and checklist documents.
Supported CRMs
| CRM | Setup | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Intelliflo | An Intelliflo admin installs the 4admin app, then you set a document category and subcategory | Intelliflo guide |
| Plannr | Select it and save | Plannr guide |
| Xplan (Iress) | Site URL, admin approval, document type and subtype | Xplan guide |
| Curo (T4A) | Site URL and admin approval | Curo guide |
Setting up your CRM
CRM setup applies to your whole organisation and is done once. Only admins see the Configure CRM card.
- Go to Settings and find the Configure CRM card.
- Select your CRM's logo.
- Click Save. Plannr is now connected. For the other CRMs a Before you get started window opens.
Intelliflo
- Ask an Intelliflo administrator to install the 4admin app from the Intelliflo store (the link is in the window). Click Next.
- Enter a Document Category (for example LoA) and a Document Subcategory (for example Plan Information). These are applied to every document 4admin uploads.
- Click Save.
Xplan (Iress)
- Enter your site URL without
https://and without a trailing slash, for examplean-organisation.xplan.iress.co.uk. - Tick An Xplan administrator has enabled the 4admin integration on our site.
- Enter a Document Type and Document Subtype for the document notes 4admin creates.
- Leave Create a separate document note for each attachment ticked to get one note per file, or untick it to put every file in a single note.
- Click Save.
Curo (T4A)
- Enter your full site URL starting with
https://and without a trailing slash, for examplehttps://your-organisation.t4a.com. - Tick A Curo administrator has enabled the 4admin integration on our site.
- Click Save.
Naming pushed documents
Click File naming on the Configure CRM card to control how 4admin names the documents it uploads. Leave the templates blank to keep the default, {Provider} - {PlanNumber}.
| Placeholder | Replaced with |
|---|---|
{Provider} | The provider, for example Aviva |
{PlanNumber} | The plan or policy number |
{ClientName} | The client's name |
{PlanType} | The plan family: Pension, Investment or Protection |
{TodaysDate} | Today's date, for example 28.05.2026 |
There are two templates: Plan information document (optional) for the original policy document and Checklist document (optional) for the generated checklist. If you only set the first one, 4admin appends "Policy Info" or "Checklist" so the two files never clash. Missing details are skipped automatically.
Pushing a policy
- Open the policy on the Clients & Cases / Analyses page and review the extracted information.
- Click Push to followed by your CRM's logo. The button only appears once a CRM has been configured. Read-only users don't see it.
- A new tab opens. Sign in to your CRM if asked.
- Search for the client (or the account, in Curo) and select them.
- Choose an existing plan to update, or Create new... and fill in the plan details.
- Review the list of data that will be pushed. Each item has a toggle. Anything 4admin couldn't read cleanly, such as a date or amount in an unexpected format, is greyed out with a warning icon and is never pushed. Correct the value in 4admin and push again if you need it. When you update an existing plan, the value already in the CRM is shown next to a warning icon so you can compare.
- Name the documents and choose whether to include page numbers in the checklist.
- Click Push data.
After the push
You'll see You're all done! and can close the tab. For Intelliflo, Plannr and Curo the page also shows a live summary of what landed: Everything landed in [CRM], Some details didn't land in [CRM] or We couldn't confirm the push to [CRM], with a row per area (Plan number, Start date, Agency status, Valuation, Other plan details, Documents, and counts for Funds, Contributions and Withdrawals). Click Open in [CRM] to jump to the record. Xplan shows the done page without a summary.
Back on the Clients & Cases / Analyses page, the policy card shows your CRM's logo with View in and the date of the push. Cards that haven't been pushed show Not in CRM.
Call summary document
If the analysis includes phone calls made through 4admin, a Word document named 4admin Call Summary is uploaded alongside the other documents. This happens for all four CRMs.

Troubleshooting
- No push button on the policy: your CRM hasn't been configured yet. An admin needs to complete the setup above.
- "Popup blocked" (Intelliflo): allow popups for 4admin.app in your browser, then click the button again.
- "Session expired" (Intelliflo): close the tab and click Push to Intelliflo again.
- Admin approval: the Xplan and Curo integrations must be enabled by your CRM administrator before a push will work.
- A toggle is greyed out: 4admin couldn't read that value in a valid format. Fix it on the policy and push again.
- The record looks wrong after a push: see Common issues.
