Documents
Uploaded to the plan's SharePoint folder:
- The original policy PDF
- The Word checklist
- 4admin Call Summary, only when the analysis includes calls made through 4admin
The push process
Step 1: Sign in with Microsoft
Click Push to with the T4A logo on the policy. A Microsoft sign-in window opens to authenticate you with your organisation's Curo environment.
Step 2: Find the account
Type in Search for an account and press Enter. Results show the account name, email and phone number.
Curo uses Accounts (households or entities) rather than individual clients. You pick the contact within the account in the next step.
Step 3: Select or create a plan
Under Select Plan, pick an existing plan (shown with its Active or Inactive status) or choose to create a new one and fill in:
- Select Contact: the policy owner within the account
- Select Ownership: Single Life (default), Joint Lives, Account or Scheme
- Select Provider (hover for the provider 4admin detected)
- Select Product Type
For both new and existing plans you can then set Servicing Rights, LOA Status and Status (defaults to In force).
Step 4: Choose what to push
Each item has a toggle. Only fields with a value found in the document are shown:
- Start Date
- Plan Number
- Invested in lifestyle strategy
- Valuation date and Plan value
- Current transfer value
- Projections: shows which of high, mid and low were found
- Guaranteed Annuity Rates
- Waiver of premium
- Selected retirement date/age
- Life cover
- Contributions
- N funds: hover to see which funds will be created
Step 5: Name your documents
- The title for the document you uploaded: toggle and name for the original PDF
- The title for the front sheet document: toggle and name for the checklist
Step 6: Push
Click Push data. 4admin creates or updates the plan, then creates fund holdings and contributions and uploads the documents to SharePoint in the background. You'll see You're all done! with a summary of what landed and an Open in Curo button.

Tips
- Select the correct contact for new plans. It links the plan to the policy owner.
- Check the provider match. Curo has its own provider list; hover the field to see what 4admin detected.
- Hover the funds count to review the holdings before pushing.
- Allow a moment for holdings, contributions and documents, which are processed in the background.
Troubleshooting
- Sign-in fails: your Microsoft account needs access to the Curo environment, and your IT team must have approved the 4admin integration.
- Account not appearing: try different search terms and check the account name in Curo.
- Documents not uploading: check that your Curo environment has SharePoint integration enabled. Folders are created automatically.
- Some fields not showing: a toggle only appears when 4admin found a value for that field.
- Contact not in the dropdown: the contact must be linked to the selected account in Curo.
