Overview
The 4admin x Genovo Chrome extension automates data entry from 4admin into Genovo, helping you:
- Improve compliance by reducing manual data entry errors
- Save up to 15 minutes per policy
- Streamline your workflow when filling out suitability reports
Installation
Step 1: Visit the Chrome Web Store
Navigate to the 4admin x Genovo extension page.
The extension works on Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers.
Step 2: Add to Chrome
Click the "Add to Chrome" button. You'll be prompted to grant permissions for the extension to read and modify data on 4admin and Genovo websites.
Step 3: Grant Permissions
The extension requires permission to:
- Read data from 4admin
- Write data to Genovo
We don't store or use any of your data externally. All data is temporarily stored in your browser session and is cleared when you press the "Clear" button.
Step 4: Pin the Extension
After installation, pin the extension to your browser toolbar for quick access:
- Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) in your browser toolbar
- Find "4admin x Genovo" in the list
- Click the pin icon to keep it visible
Usage
Extracting Data from 4admin
- Open a policy in 4admin
- Click the 4admin x Genovo extension icon in your toolbar
- Press "Extract data from table"
- The extension will capture all relevant policy data
Injecting Data into Genovo
- Navigate to Genovo and open a suitability report
- Go to the section where you review existing pension plans
- Click "Add plan" if needed
- Click the extension icon and press "Inject into Genovo"
- Watch as the extension automatically fills in the fields
Data Fields Populated
The extension automatically fills in:

| Contributions | Last employee and employer contributions |
| Values | Transfer value, fund value |
| Dates | Start date, selected retirement age |
| Investments | Investment strategy based on funds held |
| Charges | Annual management charges (fund level) |
| Options | UFPLS options, investment choice, tax-free cash, pension contribution insurance, guaranteed retirement income |
Clearing Data
Press the "Clear" button in the extension to remove all extracted data from your browser. Once cleared, the data is gone permanently and was never stored anywhere else.
