Overview

The 4admin x Genovo Chrome extension copies a policy from 4admin into the existing pension plan section of a Genovo suitability report, so you don't have to retype it. It helps you:

• Reduce manual data entry errors
• Save up to 15 minutes per policy
• Streamline your workflow when writing suitability reports

Installation

Step 1: Visit the Chrome Web Store

Open the 4admin x Genovo extension page.

Browser compatibility

The extension works on Chrome, Edge and other Chromium-based browsers.

Step 2: Add to Chrome

Click Add to Chrome. You'll be asked to grant the extension permission to read and change data on 4admin and Genovo pages.

Step 3: Grant permissions

The extension needs permission to:

• Read data from 4admin
• Write data to Genovo

Privacy

Nothing is sent anywhere. Extracted data is kept in your browser's local extension storage until you press Clear Data.

Step 4: Pin the extension

1. Click the puzzle-piece (Extensions) icon in your browser toolbar
2. Find 4admin x Genovo
3. Click the pin icon to keep it visible

Usage

Extract data from 4admin

1. Open a policy in 4admin
2. Click the 4admin x Genovo extension icon in your toolbar
3. Press Extract Data from Table
4. The extension captures the policy data and the button changes to Inject into Genovo

Inject data into Genovo

1. In Genovo, open the suitability report
2. Go to the section where you review existing pension plans
3. Click Add plan if you need a new plan
4. Click the extension icon and press Inject into Genovo
5. The extension fills in the fields for you

Fields populated

Category	Fields
Plan details	Provider, plan number, policy type
Values and dates	Fund value, transfer value, valuation date, start date, selected retirement age
Contributions	Latest employee and employer contributions
Investments	Investment strategy based on the funds held
Charges	Product AMC, platform or admin charge, adviser charge and investment management charges
Options	UFPLS, flexi-access drawdown, investment choice, tax-free cash, contribution insurance, guaranteed retirement income
Benefits	Death benefits and nominated beneficiary

Review the injected values against 4admin before you rely on them.

Clear data

Press Clear Data in the extension to remove the extracted data from your browser. Until you do, it stays in the extension's local storage so you can inject it again.

The extension currently supports the review of existing pension plans in suitability reports.
